These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through MonoQuote at www.monoquote.com.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Throughout this website, the terms “MonoQuote”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller.

2. Products

MonoQuote sells fine art posters and prints designed for home, office and creative interiors.

Product images are shown as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, display calibration and print production.

Frames, props and room decorations shown in product images are for display purposes only, unless clearly stated in the product description.

3. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution, such as a refund, replacement item or alternative delivery timeframe.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

The final price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirmation means that we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, payment processing, suspected fraud or availability.

If your order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details on our website.

Your order will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorised.

7. Shipping

MonoQuote offers worldwide delivery.

Free shipping is available on orders over €65.

For orders below €65, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping options.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees may apply.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

MonoQuote is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or local import procedures.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction where withdrawal rights apply, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within the withdrawal period and follow the return instructions provided.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and returned in suitable protective packaging.

10. Personalised or custom products

Personalised or custom-made products cannot usually be returned for change of mind, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

This includes products made with custom text, custom colours, custom sizing, personalised design changes or other modifications requested by the customer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible 

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund or store credit, in line with your consumer rights.

12. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

13. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, logos, product descriptions and visual materials on this website are owned by MonoQuote or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or use any website content, product design or image for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the customer.

14. Website use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality or availability of the website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website if misuse is suspected.

15. Limitation of liability

MonoQuote is responsible for supplying products in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption or damages caused by misuse of the product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where the delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

This may include postal disruption, customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, supplier delays or other exceptional events.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version published on this website at the time of purchase applies to that order.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
