Compass Divider Poster – Minimalist Oscar Wilde Quote Wall Art
Free worldwide shipping · no minimum order
"True friends stab you in the front." Oscar Wilde's razor-sharp wit meets razor-sharp steel in this brilliantly conceived minimalist poster. A vintage drafting compass — rendered in photorealistic detail — stands open like a weapon, one point touching down while from the other, a single red drop of blood falls.
The image is at once elegant and provocative: the tool of precision becomes a metaphor for the honesty that only real friends dare to give. No backstabbing, no whispers — just the painful, beautiful truth, delivered face to face.
Against the warm cream background, the metallic gray compass and crimson drop create a composition that is both unsettling and deeply reassuring. A poster for those who value brutal honesty over comfortable lies.
